placed at a rate of 24 pounds per square yard per lift. For Double Seal – Placement of bituminous material (oil) Prime , MC-30 Seal, at a rate of .30 gallons per square yard; 1st Lift of Seal HFE-150 at .40 gallons per square yard; second lift of seal HFE-150 at .40 gallons per square yard and seal coat aggregate placed at a rate of 24 pounds per square yard per lift. |
