Construction Project - Afton Seal Coat      Road Name: Waterman Road    Road District: Afton    Location: Elva Road north to Keslinger Road    Anticipated Start Date: Week of July 4th    Anticipated Completion Date: August 12, 2016    Contractor: Civil Constructors, Inc.    Contract Value: $28,809.80    Improvements:   Double Seal - Placement of bituminous material (oil) Prime Coat of MC-30 at a rate of 0.30 gallons per square yard; 1st Lift and 2nd Lift of Seal, HFE-150 at a rate of .40 gallons per square yard and 1st and 2nd Lift of seal coat aggregate placed at a rate of 24 pounds per square yard per lift    Traffic: If contractor elects to seal entire road at once, and if approved by the County Engineer, road may be closed to through traffic on a rolling closure basis.
