Construction Project - Franklin Seal Coat      Road Name: Myelle Road    Road District: Franklin    Location: Single Seal - Cherry Valley Road north to Snake Road and then Double Seal west to Boone County Line    Anticipated Start Date: Week of July 4th    Anticipated Completion Date: August 12, 2016    Contractor: Civil Constructors, Inc.    Contract Value: $40,038.80    Improvements:   For Single Seal - Placement of bituminous material (oil) Seal Coat of HFE-150 at a rate of .40 gallons per square yard and seal coat aggregate placed at a rate of 26 pounds per square yard    Traffic: If contractor elects to seal entire road at once, and if approved by the County Engineer, road may be closed to through traffic on a rolling closure basis
