Construction Project - Mayfield Seal Coat      Road Name:   North Grove Road – Church Road east to Five Points Road East Clare Road – Clare Road east and north to Old State Road Aldrich Road – Double Seal – Ault Road east to Johnson Road    Road District: Mayfield    Location: See Above    Anticipated Start Date: Week of July 4th    Anticipated Completion Date: August 12, 2016    Contractor: Civil Constructors, Inc.    Contract Value: $63,616.20    Improvements:   Placement of bituminous material (oil) Seal Coat of HFE-150 at a rate of .40 gallons per square yard and seal coat aggregate placed at a rate of 26 pounds per square yard    Traffic: If contractor elects to seal entire road at once, and if approved by the County Engineer, road may be closed to through traffic on a rolling closure basis
