The meeting was called to order by Wilson at 7:00 am. A quorum was present. The meeting agenda was approved as submitted. Motion Stromborg, second Kirby, unanimous. 

1. Minutes: The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. Motion Stromborg, second Daugherty, unanimous.

3. New Business:
   
   a. Election of Officers: On motion by Wilson, second Daugherty, unanimous, Kirby was elected Chairperson. On motion by Wilson, seconded Daugherty, unanimous, Heinisch was elected Vice Chairperson.
    
   b.  Management Report  – Operations

Financial statements for January and February results were distributed. Scavotto reviewed overall performance, noting that February’s results did not vary from the operations memorandum. Year-to-date DCRNC is profitable at approximately $49k, which is ahead of last year’s figure of $16k. Census continues to hover around 180 and it is unlikely that we will reach 184 consistently given the current program. Scavotto and Anderson reviewed the Illinois IOC initiative and its implications for operations. Developments with Medicare reimbursement, the townships, the new Rehab Low program, and Alzheimers’ were summarized and reviewed.
