The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Committee met Thursday March 31, 2005 in the Freedom Room at the DeKalb County Legislative Center at 6:00 p.m.  Ms. Fauci called the meeting to order.  In attendance were committee members, Ms. Fauci, Mr. Gudmunson, Ms. Turner, Mr. Anderson and Mr. Rosemier.  Absent was Mr. Lyle.  Also in attendance was Mr. Hannan, Forest Preserve Superintendent. 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Ms. Fauci stated that this special meeting of the committee had been called to discuss the possibility of submitting a bid for sale of property from the wetland bank.  It was moved by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Gudmunson to go into executive session.  All members were in favor, and the motion carried by unanimous voice vote. 

WETLAND BANK MITIGATION

The committee returned from executive session.  Mr. Rosemier made a motion to move forward on the wetland bank mitigation.  The motion was seconded by Ms. Turner and it was carried unanimously by the members.

ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Mr. Rosemier at 6:50 p.m., seconded by Ms. Turner, it was carried unanimously by voice vote to adjourn the meeting.
