DISCUSSION

 

The Personnel Committee reviewed the applications submitted for the Public Health Administrator position.  Discussion regarding applicants who met the minimum qualifications for the position was held.  Four individuals were selected to be interviewed. Discussion was held regarding having the Directors of the Health Department Divisions interview the applicants as a group and submit rankings to the Personnel Committee.  Interviews by the Personnel Committee and Division Directors will be scheduled for April 25^th and April 29^th.  The top two applicants will be invited for a second interview on May 3^rd,  2011.  Discussion was held regarding the interview process and questions to be asked the applicants.
