NOMINATING COMMITTEE MEETING

Nominating Committee Members Present:

 

E. Sue Thompson, RN, MS, Chair

Tim Duez, DDS

David Philips, MD

 

Nominating Committee Members Absent:

 

None

 

Staff Present:

 

Jane Lux, Public Health Administrator

 

 

The committee discussed potential nominees for the three vacant Board positions, a physician and two community members. The committee directed Mrs. Lux to contact individuals to determine their interest and willingness to be nominated.

 

Dr. Duez agreed to check with Paul Stoddard, the County Board representative, to see if he would be reappointed for another one-year term, his fourth year.

 

The committee discussed potential nominees for the slate of officers for President, Vice President and Secretary. The committee directed Mrs. Lux to contact Board members to determine their interest and willingness to be nominated for officer positions.
