Jane Lux, Public Health Administrator

The Personnel Committee entered into Executive Session on May 8, 2012, at 8:07 AM, for the purpose of discussing Personnel, the Annual Performance Evaluation of Jane Lux, Public Health Administrator, under Subsection number 1 of Section 2 (c) of the Open Meetings Act.

DISCUSSION

Mrs. Lux distributed her Administrative Accomplishments and Highlights for 2011-2012, and explained highlights, then left the meeting.

The Committee members discussed feedback received from Division Directors, and information presented by Mrs. Lux. The Committee discussed overall performance of Mrs. Lux, and recommendations they will give to the full Board at the Board of Health meeting of May 22, 2012.

Karen Hagen moved to reconvene to Open Session, seconded by Andria Mitchell.

At 8:37 AM, Mr. Latham stated that the Personnel Committee is now in Open Session.

On a motion by Karen Hagen, seconded by Todd Latham, the Personnel Committee Meeting adjourned at 8:51 AM. Motion carried.
