Chairman Tobias called the meeting to order at 3:30p.m. at the offices of Gilbane Building Company, 119 North Maple in the DeKalb County seat. Present were Larry Anderson, John Hulseberg, Julia Fauci and Maureen Josh. Also present were Ray Bockman, Kevin Palmby (Dewberry) Jim Scheffers and Gary Spivey and Tom Leonard (Gilbane).

It was moved by Maureen Josh, seconded by John Hulseberg and carried unanimously to approve the minutes of the January 25, 2012 meeting.

Gary Spivey was asked about the project schedule and informed the committee that a total of 32 critical path days had been lost due to adverse weather conditions since April 2011. Completion is still anticipated in July of 2012. Weather is no longer an issue but there are still things that can occur to slow the project down. The subgroup planning the dedication ceremony (Maureen, Ruth Anne and Julia) informed the committee that they were focused on the weekends of 7/22, 7/29 or 8/5 as the most likely dates at this time. They promised that no matter which date was selected that the festivities would include refreshments of some sort.

Tom Leonard reported that the project has now had 241 accident free days.

Following adjournment the committee toured the courthouse expansion and noted significant progress on the interior.
