Unfinished Business

  1. Bills were voted on under the superintendent's report to be paid.
  2. Doll House Progress --Herb Holderman was not there so the progress was not updated. Rich Joslin, President -reminded everyone that everyone needed to go back to their organizations and see if they wanted to donate the money raised to Fisher House or Save-A-Vet. Also, if we want to donate all the money or recoup our cost. John Davis stated that the total cost the board has into these doll houses was $1,251.96. Frank Beierlotzer stated that he had a contact that could possibly help us with selling them on EBay.
  3. Randy Smith brought up that on the list of organizations that was passed out if a contact person could be added so when you call you have a contact person. It was thought that this was a good idea if people wanted to give their name so the list was passed around and the updated list will be given out at the next meeting.
