Amendment to DeKalb County Code. The DeKalb County Board does concur with the recommendation of the DeKalb County Ad Hoc Rules Committee to amend Sec. 2-32(d) of the County Board Rules pertaining to Standing Committee Meeting Cancellations which will become effective immediately upon passage.

Approval of Well Sealing Fee. The DeKalb County Board hereby establishes a new fee through the DeKalb County Health Department of $75.00 for a well sealing permit, effective March 1, 2014, and said fee shall be reflected in the County Code.

Amending a Special Use Permit for a Large-Scale Agritainment Use Commonly Known as Jonamac Orchard. The DeKalb County Board does hereby approve an Amendment to the Special use Permit previously granted for a large-scale agritainment use commonly known as Jonamac Orchard and located at 19412 Shabbona Road in Malta Township is hereby approved for property legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

Amendment to DeKalb County Code. The DeKalb County Board does concur with the recommendation of the DeKalb County Ad Hoc Rules Committee to amend Sec. 2-43 of the County Board Rules pertaining to Electronic Attendance for Standing Committee Meetings which will become effective immediately upon passage.

Amendment to DeKalb County Code. The DeKalb County Board does concur with the recommendation of the DeKalb County Ad Hoc Rules Committee to amend Sec. 2-27 of the County Board Rules regarding County Board Residency Requirements which will become effective January 1, 2015.

Neutral Site Custody Exchange Fund. The DeKalb County Board does approve that a "Neutral Site Custody Exchange Fund" is hereby established as of July 1, 2014 and the Clerk of the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court shall charge and collect a fee of $8.00 from the plaintiff at the time of filing of the case and from the defendant at the time of filing an appearance on all civil cases from these purposes and remit all fees collected hereunder to the County Treasurer each month.

An Ordinance Amending a Special Use Permit Granted to The Sycamore Sportsmen Club on Property Located West of Motel Road in Mayfield Township. The DeKalb County Board approves an Amendment to the Special Use Permit granted to the Sycamore Sportsmens and Conservation Club by DeKalb County Ordinance 90-38 and Amended by DeKalb County Ordinance 98-18 and hereby approves to allow certain improvements to the subject property legally described in Exhibit "A" attached to the Ordinance.

Amending a Mixed Use Development for B&O Used Auto Parts. The DeKalb County Board does hereby approve an Amendment to the MXD, Mixed Use Development, for B&O Auto Parts located at 800 Brickville Road in Sycamore Township as legally described in Exhibit "A".

Denying a Variation for a Nonconforming Lot in Genoa Township. The DeKalb County Board hereby denies the request for Variation to waive the restriction of Section 8.05.B.1 of the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance for a vacant lot approximately 20,800 square feet in area, located on the west side of Willow Lane in the Willow Estates Subdivision in unincorporated Genoa Township.

Granting a Special Use Permit for an Event Venue on Property Located at 10816 Watson Road in Victor Township. The DeKalb County Board does hereby approve the request for a Special Use Permit to allow a service use in the form of an events venue to be conducted within and immediately adjacent to existing agricultural structures on property located at 10816 Watson Road in unincorporated Victor Township.

Revisions to the DeKalb County Food and Food Establishments Code. The DeKalb County Board hereby adopts revisions to the DeKalb County Food and Food Service Establishments Code, Chapter 38, Health and Sanitation, as attached, with effective date of January 1, 2015.

Adding a Section to the DeKalb County Code for Creating a "Fair Map" for County Board District Re-apportionment.

Adoption of the FY 2015 Tax Levy.
